Cobot Palletizing Workstation for Wet Wipes – ZL Series

The ZLINK ZL Series is a cobot palletizing workstation engineered for manufacturers who need flexible, safe, and easy-to-deploy end-of-line palletizing solutions. Unlike traditional industrial robots that require safety fencing and dedicated floor space, this collaborative robot palletizer is designed to work alongside human operators safely, with built-in force limiting and speed monitoring. The ZL Series cobot palletizing system can be quickly deployed in existing production lines without extensive re-engineering, making it ideal for wet wipes, FMCG, and other industries with frequent product changeovers or space constraints.

【Highlight】

• Collaborative & Safe: Built-in force limiting and speed monitoring enable safe human-robot collaboration without safety fencing

• What is a cobot palletizing workstation?
A cobot (collaborative robot) palletizing workstation is a robotic palletizing system designed to work safely alongside human operators. Unlike traditional industrial robots that require safety cages, cobots have built-in safety features like force limiting and speed monitoring.

• How is this different from a traditional robotic palletizer?
The ZL Series collaborative robot palletizer requires no safety fencing, has a smaller footprint, and can be deployed more quickly. It is ideal for facilities with space constraints or frequent product changeovers, while traditional palletizers like the RPM series are better suited for high-volume, fixed-pattern operations.

• What is the payload capacity of this cobot palletizing system?
The ZL Series is designed to handle typical case weights in wet wipes and FMCG production. Please contact us with your specific requirements for detailed specifications.

• Is this cobot palletizer suitable for my production line?
The ZL Series is highly flexible and can be deployed in most existing production lines with minimal re-engineering. Contact ZLINK for a site assessment and customized solution.
